Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn or unused.
  • It must have the original tags attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Please send your return to the address provided above. Returns sent without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance items and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds:

To request a refund, please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item. The physical item does not need to be returned to us. After reviewing the photos and inspecting the issue, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
